SUNDAY NFL FREE PICKS

By JC Zargo (@daddyzargs)

Week 7 is upon us, we are starting to see some separation in the standings, and favorites are finally covering spreads. A team or two may emerge from the bottom of the standings to make a playoff push. But there is a clear division between the contenders and pretenders in the league.

Here are the Nuke the House Sunday NFL free picks for the Texans/Packers and Dolphins/Colts games.

Texans @ Packers

Green Bay is the front-runner for teams to crawl out of last place within their division (+500). While that’s a mild take, given their 4-2 record, it’s a solid bet.

The Packers have looked strong this season, with their only losses coming in Brazil Week 1 and against an undefeated divisional opponent in the Minnesota Vikings. However, their easy schedule has inflated them – they haven’t beaten a team with a winning record. The Packers can change that narrative as they host the 5-1 Houston Texans.

Houston is also a team that was inflated early in the season by an easy schedule. Nonetheless, beating the Bills and embarrassing the Patriots makes it clear that this team is better than they were last season. Houston’s defense looks stellar, and CJ Stroud has a chance for another monster game as Green Bay has one of the worst secondaries in the league.

The Sunday NFL Free Picks:

CJ Stroud +275 Passing Yards (+135)
Houston +2.5 (+100)

Stroud will be slinging it, so he will be liable to throw an interception. In addition to that, Jordan Love is a guy who throws a lot of picks. Love has thrown an INT in each of his last five starts and eight in total over that span. So betting on some interceptions is another great option.

The Pick:

[MGM] Over 1.5 Total Combined Interceptions (+140)

While the Texans/Colts game should be a fun one to watch, there is another game going on at the same time that no one will be watching.

Dolphins @ Colts

Tyler Huntley faces off against Anthony Richardson in Indianapolis. Every week there is one game that everyone forgets about, no station is playing it and Red Zone has no reason to flip over to it. With such an ugly matchup it’s hard to take a side. Nonetheless, this game will see very few points. So lock in that alternate line under, and be pleasantly surprised when that 1.45 units pop’s up in your app on the bet you forgot you placed.

The Pick:

ALT Total: Under 40 (+145)

Sports Betting Sunday NFL Free Picks Recap:

CJ Stroud +275 Passing Yards (+135)
Houston +2.5 (+100)
[MGM] Over 1.5 Total Combined Interceptions (+140)
MIA/IND – ALT Total: Under 40 (+145)
