Sunday NFL Bets Bets: Seahawks, Chargers, Steelers

Tired of football yet? Didn’t think so. We have our fourth straight day of wall-to-wall football, and the NFL saved the best games for Sunday. Great matchups and tight spreads fill up the board this Sunday, so here are the Sunday NFL best bets for these coinflip games.

Seahawks @ Jets

Sticking out like a sore thumb is the point spread in New York. This line has jumped around from 1 to 3 points because once again the market has unfounded faith in the New York Jets. The Jets are coming off a bye and the Seahawks have to travel across the country. Those are the only reasons people will have for taking the points. New York’s dysfunction shines brighter each week. There’s never a good reason to bet on them, especially when receiving so few points.

After beating the Cardinals last week, Seattle is live to win the divisions. The Seahawks have a tough schedule ahead of them, so they cannot afford to lose a game like this. It’s still Arizona’s division to lose, but Mike McDonald can’t be counted out yet.

Seattle -3 (+107)

Chargers @ Falcons

Another squad that’s looking at a long flight and a short spread is the Chargers as they travel to Atlanta to take on the Falcons.

After waffling to start the season, Jim Harbaugh has turned this team around. While his brother ended his winning streak, the Chargers proved to be a tough out.

NFC South teams have been tough to bet on this year, but similar to the Jets, all the Falcons have going for them is a long rest against a team with a long flight. Los Angeles is a vastly superior team to the Falcons, and LA should pick up the ground they lost in the standings on Monday.

Chargers -3 (+110)

Steelers @ Bengals

As great as those plays are, there’s one that’s even better. Mr. Underdog, coming off a mini-bye and brutal loss, will take his Pittsburgh Steelers to Cincinnati to take on the supremely overrated Bengals team. Mike Tomlin is 61-31-3 ATS as an underdog, and he has the perfect bounceback spot here.

The Steelers have been incredible all season and have not received their due flowers. Pittsburgh’s defense is great, and their offense has been even better. George Pickens could nuke against this Bengals defense. The Steelers find themselves in a tight race for the division title, and given the high odds of having to face the Ravens in the playoffs, home-field advantage will be key. With a tough schedule ahead, they know this is a must-win game.

Steelers Moneyline (+135)

Best Bets: Seahawks -3 , Chargers -3 , Steelers ML
