The Los Angeles Rams host the Miami Dolphins in the latest edition of Monday Night Football. These two teams are both known for their high-powered, innovative offenses. In what could end up being a high-paced duel, who should we back to make a winning NFL pick? Here’s our Rams vs Dolphins Monday Night Football bet:
Miami Dolphins
The Miami Dolphins are once again a competent football team with the return of QB Tua Tagovailoa, who suffered a concussion earlier this season. With Tagovailoa back in the lineup, the Dolphins offense once again has the potential to be one of the best in the league. However, we have yet to see an explosive outburst from the Dolphins since his return. The Dolphins have been good on offense, however, scoring 27 points in each of the two games that Tagovailoa played in his return. Unfortunately, both of those games ended in a loss for Miami.
Los Angeles Rams
If you’ve been reading my work here at Nuke the House you know how big I am on offensive line play. When I wrote my preseason preview where I was down on the Rams season-long prospects, injuries to the offensive line were one of the main reasons I was concerned about this team’s season-long outlook. However, the Rams have made their way through the worst part of it and now get center Jonah Jackson and guard Steve Avila back for the first time since week two. Backup tackle Joe Noteboom will also be in the lineup, however, he is filling in for another injured tackle, Rob Havenstein.
With the Rams returning both their star wide receivers and having a stronger offensive line, this should be the best we’ve seen from this team so far this season.

Dolphins Offensive Line vs Rams Defensive Line
The Dolphins are going to need to run the ball well if they’re going to want to have success tonight. The Dolphins need a huge game from De’Von Achane, who has 420 rushing yards on 93 carries this season. If the Dolphins can open up holes for Achane, they have a great chance to keep this close and get the outright win. If the Rams can shut down the run game of the Dolphins, it could be a runaway victory for the home team.
Rams vs Dolphins Monday Night Football Bet
Give me the better coach and the better quarterback in this one. Rams coach Sean McVay is one of the best coaches of football. Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel is a great play caller, but not the leader that McVay is. Tua Tagovailoa is a great, accurate quarterback, but Matthew Stafford is even better.
With the Rams offensive line being strong once again, I would not be surprised to see them run away with this game. This line should be at least three points and we are getting a gift with it at the current number. Give me the Los Angeles Rams.
