This week we travel to Death Valley in Clemson S.C. for a Saturday evening ACC battle.

Clemson
Clemson opened on a neutral field (Atlanta) and took a 34-3 beating from Georgia, 34-3. Tigers “Faithful” were calling for Dabo’s head on a stick.
The Tigers then hosted App State the next week and ran up a 359-yard advantage while scoring 66 points. Clemson followed that by hanging 59 on a well-coached NCST team.
I feel that Dabo knows that he needs to post big numbers to get Clemson in position for the college football championship. If Clemson gets out to a big lead as they have in their last two, their second unit defense has been yielding some points.
Stanford
This will be Stanford’s second ACC contest, as they won their ACC opener at Syracuse last week 26-24. What catches my eye is that the Cardinals have averaged just over 31 points per game on the season.
Stanford has given up an average of 29 ppg to the two legit teams they have faced, TCU and Syracuse. I look for Clemson to score as many points as the clock will allow while yielding enough for this game to go over.
