The Browns picked up their third win of the season on Thursday night when they defeated the Steelers 24-19 at home. The game was a snowy mess, but this was some of the best football the Cleveland Browns have played all season. Will the Browns continue to play well or was this a one-off against their hated rival?
Denver Broncos
The Broncos are 7-5 this season and come into this game on a two-game winning streak after defeating the Falcons and the Raiders. The Broncos need this win if they’re going to take a wild card spot in the AFC. Bo Nix is making a push for Rookie of the Year with 2500 passing yards,16 touchdowns and only six interceptions. His passing rating of 89.9 is 2nd amongst rookies.

Browns Wide Receivers vs Broncos Secondary
One of the strengths of the Denver Broncos defense is the elite play of quarterback Patrick Surtain. Surtain has been able to shut down opposing teams’ top wide receivers, making it tough for opposing offenses to move the ball. If Surtain and the Broncos can take away Jameis Winston’s wide receiving options, we know that Winston will force the ball and potentially throw many interceptions. The wide receivers will need to get open to prevent Winston from beating himself.
In conclusion, I think Cleveland returns to Earth against the elite defense of the Denver Broncos. The Broncos know they need to win to have a great chance of a wild card spot. They should be looking to run up the score to prevent a potential comeback. Lay the points with the Denver Broncos.
