The New York Jets have won just on time on a Sunday this season. Last Thursday the Jets snapped their five-game losing streak. Now they head to Arizona to see if they can turn their season around.
The idea of Aaron Rodgers in the playoffs may seem far-fetched, but New York is two games out of a Wild Card slot. They also have one of the easiest schedules to finish the season.
Arizona For Real?
The Cardinals have been completely unpredictable this season. They’re riding a three-game winning streak, and their 5-4 record is good enough for first place in the NFC West.
While they too have an extremely easy schedule the rest of the way, the 49ers will certainly challenge that top divisional spot with Christian McCaffery finally returning from the IR.
This is an extremely important game for both teams and as the spread would indicate, it’s a coin-flip game. So picking a side is not where the smart money will be bet.
Bet The Total
Neither of these teams have a particularly stellar defense, and points should be easy to come by in this one. Through this winning streak, Arizona has averaged 25 points per game.
Since adding Devante Adams, the Jets have averaged 19 points per game. Considering all of the defensive liabilities, the total should sail over in this one.

We saw last Thursday that the Jets’ secondary can cause problems for even a stellar quarterback like CJ Stroud. Kyler Murray will run into the same problems, so working the run game will be extremely important to keep the Cardinals in this one.

Davante Adams has seen more action with each week he’s played with the Jets. He had seven catches for 90 yards against Houston. Seeing that Rodgers’ connection with him seems to be a winning formula, expect big production from him in this one.
