Sports Betting Play of the Day Breakdown for Midshipmen @Falcons NCAA GAME
This week in NCAA football, we travel to Colorado Springs for the first matchup in the Commander-in Chief’s Trophy. It’s Navy visiting Air Force.
The first meeting between these two was in 1960. This meeting is traditionally held on the first Saturday in October. Army and Air Force will meet on the first Saturday in November, and the legendary Army-Navy game is subsequently played on the second Saturday in December as a standalone game.
In addition, these games are usually played very tight to a low total.
Midshipmen
Navy comes into this contest sitting at 3-0 in the AAC, tied with Army at the top.
Navy beat Temple, UAB, and Memphis in conference play, all three by double-digits. Air Force’s only win this year came vs Merrimack. Their losses to the other three Division 1 opponents were all by double-digits.
Air Force
Experience matters, especially with military academies. Unfortunately, the Falcons are the least experienced of the three. For this reason, they may be in trouble.
The Falcons offense is averaging only 245 yards per game. Furthermore, they’re allowing opponents to run more offensive plays than them.
In comparison, Navy on the other hand is averaging 476 yards on offense while bringing back seven starters.
The Play

The current number sits at -10, and were happy to get the best of the number for our people!!! I still recommend Navy laying 10 here, as I expect Air Force to struggle to score.
